Rachel E. Robinson is a Senior Music
Business Major from Chicago, Illinois. With a concentration in Classical Voice and Classical Piano, Rachel
is truly developing a sincere love for her craft. During her tenure at Howard University, Rachel
has held the title of Miss Freshman 2005 - 2006, Assistant Director of the Howard University Gospel Choir,and Chorus Instructor
for the Howard University Middle School.
Along with being a member of Sigma Alpha Iota,
International Music Fraternity, Rachel is a member of the Golden Key
International Honor Society, Endustry Power Players, and Howard University's premier Jazz Vocal Ensemble, Afro Blue.
Her theatre credits include "Seeking the Genius" (Goodman Theater,1994);
"American Girls Revue" (AGP); "Street Scene" (Lyric Opera of Chicago); and "Hair" (Dunes Theater).
Her album credits include "I Wish" and "The Worlds Greatest" by R.Kelly.
Ms. Robinson has performed individually
with Marvin Hamlisch, Wynton Marsalis, Catherine Mifiltano, KiKi Sheard, Karen Clark-Sheard, Duaine Wolfe, Shirley Ceaser,
and the list goes.
Along with appearing on the Oprah Winfrey show, Rachel
has toured England, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Italy, and Switzerland.
